Moribund but not dead

"They" say that every seven years all the cells in your body are replaced.  Not quite true.  Human cells are replaced all the time, some in a matter of days, others are never replaced.   The average  age of all  of a person's cells is between seven and ten years.

Generally blogs that are idle for almost six years might be considered to have died.  Sometimes, however, they have only been moribund, on the brink of death, but are "not dead yet" -- like this one.

I often refer to times in my past as "... lifetimes ago" because I feel like I was a different person in the circumstances of those times.  Another transition in my life = another life.
